Final deadline for 2011 contracts announced

Beet growers have until Friday 3rd September to return their 2011 contract offers before their entitlement is removed.

British Sugar is currently sending out reminders to all growers that have not yet returned their contract confirming the new deadline, along with a copy of the contract offer and seed order.

If contracts are not received by 3rd September, the contracted tonnage entitlement (CTE) will be terminated and all future entitlements will be removed.

Growers that wish to grow in 2011 are urged to return their contracts as soon as possible.
